QuotePulse Terms of Use

1 Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using QuotePulse: Estimate Tracker ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Restructured Design LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). We may update these Terms from time to time, and your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2 Description of Service

QuotePulse is a mobile application designed for solo contractors and small service crews (1–5 people) to:

• Track sent estimates through a pipeline (Sent → Followed Up → Won/Lost)
• Receive automatic follow-up reminders via push notifications
• View close-rate analytics and revenue metrics
• Manage a contact list built from quotes

QuotePulse is not an invoicing tool, scheduler, CRM, or estimate builder. It is designed solely for quote pipeline management and follow-up tracking.

3 Account Registration

To use QuotePulse, you must create an account using one of the following methods:

• Email and password
• Apple Sign-In
• Google Sign-In

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete registration information
• Maintaining the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the App.

4 Subscriptions & Payments

Payment & Renewal

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price

Managing & Canceling Subscriptions

• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's App Store or Google Play Store settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access to Pro features until then
• Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription

Free Trials

If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Free trial eligibility is determined by Apple or Google and may be limited to one trial per Apple ID or Google account.

Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies. We do not process refunds directly.

5 Your Content & Data

You retain ownership of all data you enter into QuotePulse, including quotes, contacts, follow-up logs, and uploaded photos or documents ("Your Content").

By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the QuotePulse service to you. We do not claim any ownership rights over Your Content.

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring you have the right to enter and store any data you add to the App
• Maintaining your own backups of critical business data
• The accuracy of the information you enter

You may export or delete your data at any time through the App's settings. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.

6 Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's systems or other users' accounts
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Upload malicious content, viruses, or harmful code
• Use the App to store or transmit content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's infrastructure or other users' use of the service
• Share your account credentials with others or allow multiple people to use a single account (team access is available via the Crew tier)

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7 Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, graphics, logos, and trademarks, is owned by Restructured Design LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our prior written consent.

"QuotePulse" and the QuotePulse logo are trademarks of Restructured Design LLC.

8 Disclaimer of Warranties

QuotePulse is a tracking and reminder tool. It does not provide financial, legal, or business advice. You are solely responsible for your business decisions based on the information in the App.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Restructured Design LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Loss of data or data corruption
• Cost of procurement of substitute services
• Any damages arising from your use or inability to use the App

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10 Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time through Settings > Delete Account.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if:

• You violate these Terms
• Your use poses a security risk to the service or other users
• We are required to do so by law

Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Sections 8, 9, and 11 survive termination.

11 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

12 Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting the updated version. When we make material changes, we will:

• Update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page
• Notify you via in-app notification or push notification

Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the App.
