1 Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect the authentication details you provide:

• Email address (if signing in via email/password)
• Third-party identity (if signing in via Apple or Google)

Profile Information

You may optionally provide:

• Full name and business name
• Profile photo
• Follow-up reminder preferences

Quote & Contact Data

The core data you enter while using the app:

Automatically Collected Data

• Device information — device model, OS version, app version (for crash reporting)
• Usage analytics — screens viewed, features used (aggregated, not personally identifiable)
• Push notification token — to deliver follow-up reminders

2 How We Use Your Information

We use your information exclusively to provide and improve the QuotePulse service:

• Deliver core features — quote tracking, follow-up reminders, close-rate analytics
• Send push notifications — follow-up reminders and weekly summaries you've opted into
• Process subscriptions — manage your Free, Pro, or Crew tier
• Improve the app — fix bugs, understand feature usage, optimize performance
• Provide support — respond to your questions and troubleshoot issues

We do not use your data for advertising, sell it to third parties, or build marketing profiles.

3 Third-Party Services

QuotePulse relies on trusted third-party services to operate. Each has its own privacy policy:

4 Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored in a Supabase-hosted PostgreSQL database with the following protections:

• Encryption in transit — all connections use TLS/SSL
• Encryption at rest — database storage is encrypted
• Row-Level Security (RLS) — database policies ensure you can only access your own data
• Authentication tokens — JWTs with automatic refresh; no passwords stored in plaintext
• Attachment storage — photos and PDFs are stored in private Supabase Storage buckets

While no system is 100% secure, we follow industry best practices and regularly review our security posture.

How to Request Deletion

You can delete your data in two ways:

1. In the app — go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. This immediately and permanently removes all your data.
2. By email — send a request to privacy@restructureddesign.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request." Include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.

What Happens After Deletion

• All personal data is permanently removed from our database
• Uploaded files are deleted from storage
• Anonymized, aggregated analytics data may be retained (it cannot be linked back to you)
• Data already shared with third-party services (Sentry crash reports, Mixpanel events) will be deleted according to their retention policies
• Apple App Store or Google Play purchase records are managed by those platforms and are not affected

7 Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Correction — update or correct inaccurate information
• Deletion — request permanent removal of your data (see Section 6)
• Export — download your quotes, contacts, and follow-up history as CSV or PDF
• Restriction — request that we limit processing of your data
• Objection — object to specific uses of your data

8 Children's Privacy

QuotePulse is designed for contractors and business professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

9 Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will:

• Update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page
• Notify you via in-app notification or push notification
• Require re-acknowledgment for significant changes

Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
