3 Third-Party Services

QuotePulse relies on trusted third-party services to operate. Each has its own privacy policy:

5 Data Retention

Retention Periods

  • Active quotes (sent, followed up) — retained until you resolve or delete them
  • Resolved quotes (won/lost, Free tier) — automatically deleted after 180 days
  • Resolved quotes (won/lost, Pro tier) — retained indefinitely until you delete them
  • Contacts — retained until you delete them or your account
  • Account data — retained until you request deletion
  • Analytics data — anonymized and aggregated; not tied to your identity after 90 days

6 Data Deletion

Your Right to Delete

You may request complete deletion of your account and all associated data at any time. This includes:

  • Your profile and authentication credentials
  • All quotes, contacts, and follow-up logs
  • All uploaded photos and attachments
  • Push notification tokens and reminder schedules
  • Subscription records (purchase history remains with Apple/Google)

How to Request Deletion

You can delete your data in two ways:

  1. In the app — go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. This immediately and permanently removes all your data.
  2. By email — send a request to privacy@restructureddesign.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request." Include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.

8 Children's Privacy

QuotePulse is designed for contractors and business professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will:
